Q: What is the difference between super elastic NiTi and heat-activated NiTi?
A: Super elastic NiTi delivers a near-constant light force at room temperature and is predictable to handle. Heat-activated NiTi softens toward mouth temperature, giving an even lighter, more continuous force that is gentler in the first weeks.

Q: Which arch forms and sizes do you offer?
A: Ovoid, Natural, Square, Tapered and Reverse Curve forms, in round 0.012–0.020 and rectangular 16×16–19×25, upper and lower arch, in 1, 10, 20, 50 and 100 pack options depending on the listing.
