What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, you could try to retrieve password by following below steps:

1. Click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In page.

2. To Reset by URL/Answer/New Random possword,Fill in your registered email address、Enter the 

prompted verification codeand click 'Submit'.

3. Verify your account first “ by URL” or “By New Random possword"(only available if you have bound your Email  number to your account) or "By answer".

4. If you choose “By New Random possword”, The first verification code will be sent to your registered email address automatically, please check. If you didn't receive the code within 15 minutes, please click “Click here to receive verification code” to get the verification code again.

5. After receiving the password, you can directly return to the login page to input and submit. To complete login.
