Not sure whether it's helping yet, but at least I can use it all night while asleep; good fit upper and lower, to put mild pressure on protruding teeth.
It helped with breathing and alignment. Visible results the first week.
You have to start with phase 1 so your teeth can adapt. Unfortunately I could not find phase 1 on Amazon. So I bought it off their actual website. After you soften it in hot water and mold it to your mouth, the fit is good. It's actually decently comfortable. I grind my teeth and it's holding up nicely. I've also noticed I'm not snoring anymore and I'm usually quite the mouth breather at night.
