How the 3 Stages Work

STAGE 1 - SOFT (LIGHT PURPLE)
Suited to the situation where the dislocation of the teeth is more serious, and it gives the mouth time to accommodate. About 4-5 weeks.

STAGE 2 - MEDIUM (PURPLE)
Moderately hard. Suited to slightly severe dislocation, after you have accommodated to Stage 1. About 6-8 weeks.

STAGE 3 - HARD (DEEP PURPLE)
The hardest stage. Used to maintain and correct the teeth after you have accommodated to the earlier stages. About 6-12 months.

How to Wear

1. Always start with Stage 1 (Soft), and rinse it in cool or lukewarm water before the first use.
2. Place the trainer over your teeth and let it settle into position. Press it in gently - do not force it, and do not bite down hard.
3. In general, wear it for 1-2 hours during the day, and 8 hours at night.
4. For the first week, your teeth may feel pain or soreness - this is normal. Please keep using it every day.
5. Do not bite down forcefully on the trainer, as this can deform it.
6. Before and after use, rinse it with cool or lukewarm water (up to about 40 C / 104 F) and brush it gently with a soft toothbrush. Never use hot or boiling water - heat can warp the trainer and change its fit. Then place it in a clean case.
