A 20 pcs-per-pack set of mini twin metal brackets for fixed orthodontic treatment. Each bracket has a split 80-gauge stainless steel mesh base welded to the body, so the pad cannot separate from the wing under torque. Three Prescriptions

Roth and MBT are different torque and angulation prescriptions. Roth is the everyday choice for conventional cases; MBT gives more built-in tip and torque, which suits cases where you want less wire bending. The 0.018 slot takes lighter wires and is common in the anterior segment; 0.022 gives more play and is the standard for sliding mechanics.

Why the Bonding Base Matters

How to Bond

1. Clean and pumice the buccal surface, then isolate and keep the field dry.
2. Etch with 37% phosphoric acid, rinse and dry until the enamel looks frosty white.
3. Apply primer and a thin, even layer of adhesive to the micro-burr pad. The rough surface needs less adhesive than a smooth pad.
4. Seat the bracket on the position mark, press firmly and clean the flash before curing.
5. Cure according to your adhesive instructions, then check that both wings are fully seated.

0.018 takes lighter wires and gives finer control in the anterior region. 0.022 allows thicker wires and easier sliding, and is the more common default.

Are the hooks already welded on?

Yes. Hooks on teeth 3, 4 and 5 are welded at the factory, so no chairside welding is needed.

What does split mesh base mean?

The mesh bonding pad is a separate piece welded to the bracket body. This removes the gap that can open between pad and body on one-piece brackets.

Can the brackets be autoclaved?

Yes. Sterilise before use following your clinic protocol.
